Project Description

This was a 3,500sf second-generation retail shell space from the first-generation buildout we constructed for this repeated client including lavish flooring, industrial-designed ceilings, millwork styling stations, client waiting area, boutique extent, an archway including a full extension bar with stone countertops and a giant disco ball design in the middle, beauty washing station, lash room, and breakroom. This project was unique during times of Covid-19 with material shortage and delays yet still managed to hit budget and worked weeks and weekends to bring this project as quick as possible to completion.
