Project Description

This was a 1,500sf expansion in first-generation retail shell space including polished concrete floors, millwork soffits and ceilings, millwork styling stations, a brick archway and stone countertops. This project was unique in that another GC had started the project and after spending much of the budget and 90 days to complete approximately 50% of the project, failed to perform and was removed from the project. WCC worked day and night for the next (2) weeks to bring this project to completion in time for the originally scheduled Grand Opening.
