Project Description

This was a 15,000sf corporate interior buildout in an existing building including demo and buildback of offices and a 3,200sf clean room with an FM200 fire suppression system. The client had a tight schedule that could not move. The design and permit process took longer than anticipated and left only 6 weeks to complete what was originally a 12 week construction project. With seamless communication and a team willing to do whatever it takes, this project was completed in the allotted 6 week timeframe.
