From demo to serving in 4 months. Design/build 5,557sf high-end restaurant, bar and live music venue at 24 Waterway. Premium finishes throughout, with curved main bar, second bar, full kitchen, $.5 million custom millwork package including hand-paneled walls, banquette seating, custom back bar, stage wall, and millwork logo. Polished concrete floors, open ceilings, and state-of-the-art lighting/sound system.
