Design Build Corporate Shell Interior Office Expansion
This design/build project included demo of the existing office, place and pour of new pad and slab, and expanding the existing building to encompass a new 3,200sf office with interior buildout and mezzanine. The entire project was completed from demo phase to Certificate of Occupancy in just 8 weeks and was delivered significantly under budget.
