Demo & Whitebox of both buildings
This was a complete interior demo and whitebox of a 2-story and a 6-story office building in Research Forest Lakeside for a total of 435,000sf in 12 weeks. A unique challenge to this project was the implementation of COVID-19 practices including contact tracing, daily COVID screening, and onsite COVID-19 testing for an average daily crew size of 60 crew members. The organization of a large onsite demolition crew, coordinated with MEP trades, and a tight dumpster swap schedule averaging (8) 40-yard swaps per day lead to the success and timely completion of this project.
